| Review by Kristi Kenney: I bought a 2004 Chevrolet Impala last March. Duffy's service center has provided excellent customer service and support. I can drop off my car and they will drive me home, and pick me up when they are finished. They always let me know what needs to be fixed and give me a quote before doing any work. The owner, his wife and all the employees are great at what they do, and make you feel like you are important to them. They are always ready to answer any questions I have. I cannot say enough good things about Duffy's service center. I have never felt like I was being taken advantage of. I feel I always get excellent service at a great price. |

I have had a bunch of issues with used vehicles this year and they went above and beyond to help me and to fix my cars at a very reasonable rate, sometimes giving me a discount on the more expensive repairs. They made an effort to make me feel like a friend of theirs and I would trust them with any car related issue. |
